Our 10-week sessions are a low-commitment way to give our adult classes a try.
Can't commit to a 10-week session? Drop in to a single class when you have the time.
All are welcome - young to old, beginner through advanced.

Dance Fit Plus
Monday 5:30-6:30 pm
Adult Dance Fit Plus is a full-body movement class designed for adults of all dance and fitness levels. Set to energizing music, this class focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility through continuous movement and guided exercise. While all levels are welcome, participants should be prepared for an active and dynamic class that includes standing, seated, and floor-based work. This is an intense but encouraging and supportive environment where adults can challenge themselves, move with purpose, and improve overall fitness through dance-inspired training.
$210 for the entire 10-week session

WHAT TO WEAR:
Any comfortably fitting clothes that is easy to move in. Acceptable footwear include bare feet (no socks), jazz shoes, or sneakers that are for indoor use only.
All Levels Hip Hop
Tuesday 7:30-8:30 pm

Hip Hop is a high-energy style of dance that encourages individuality, creativity, & self-expression. Students develop coordination, musicality, & strength while exploring grooves and foundational techniques rooted in hip hop and street dance culture.
$210 for the entire 10-week session

WHAT TO WEAR:
Any comfortably fitting clothes that is easy to move in. Sneakers are strongly recommended, however they must be for indoor use only. For sanitary reasons, we do not allow outdoor shoes to be worn on our dance floors.
All Levels Tap
Wednesday
7:00-7:45 pm (summer)
7:00-8:00 (fall, winter, spring)
Tap dance emphasizes the flow of movement by teaching the dancer to find rhythms & beats in the music as well as in their own bodies. Using the metal taps on the toes & heels of the dancer’s shoes, it transforms the dancer into a percussive musician. This class is a mixed level class, open to beginners through advanced and provides a great cardio workout for adults.

All Levels Jazz
Wednesday
7:45-8:45 pm (summer)
8:00-9:00 (fall, winter, spring)

Jazz is one of the most popular and well known forms of American dance. It is a great class for building strength & flexibility. Each class also involves learning a dance combination that will challenge your coordination and memory. This is a mixed level class, open to beginners through advanced.

All Levels Ballet
Thursday 7:30-8:30

Adult Ballet is a classical dance class that blends artistic expression with a strong foundation of technique and movement. This class develops strength, flexibility, precision, and fluidity through traditional ballet exercises at the barre and in center. All experience levels are welcome, and the instructor will offer modifications so each dancer can work safely and confidently at their own pace. This class is performed entirely standing and does not involve getting down to the floor, making it an excellent option for adults looking to improve posture, balance, and overall body strength through graceful movement.

All Levels Lyrical/ Contemporary
Thursday 8:30-9:30

Adult Lyrical/Contemporary blends the technical foundation of ballet with the creativity and freedom of modern movement. This class develops strength, flexibility, artistry, and emotional expression through movement that connects to music and storytelling. Dancers will explore choreography as well as introductory improvisation, moving through standing, seated, and floor-based movement throughout class. All levels are welcome, with modifications offered so each dancer can work comfortably and confidently at their own pace.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Any comfortably fitting clothes that is easy to move in. Half soles, ballet slippers, or jazz shoes are strongly recommended and can be purchased at the studio. However, speak with us for temporary alternatives if you would like to try class before purchasing shoes. Socks are not permitted to be worn on our dance floors due to it being a slipping hazard.
