Kids shouldn't have all the fun - treat yourself to a night of fun and fitness!

 

Our short 6-week sessions are a low-commitment way to give our adult classes a try.

Can't commit to a 6-week session? Drop in to a single class when you have the time.

All are welcome - young to old, beginner through advanced.

Beginner Tap

Tap dance emphasizes the flow of movement by teaching the dancer to find rhythms & beats in the music as well as in their own bodies.  Using the metal taps on the toes & heels of the dancer’s shoes, it transforms the dancer into a percussive musician. This class is a mixed level class, open to beginners through advanced and provides a great cardio workout for adults.

$90 for 6-week session

$18 per drop-in class

WHAT TO WEAR:

Any comfortably fitting clothes that is easy to move in.  Tap shoes are strongly recommended and can be purchased at the studio. However, speak with us for temporary alternatives if you would like to try class before purchasing shoes.

 

All Levels Jazz

Tuesday 7:45-8:30 pm

Jazz is one of the most popular and well known forms of American dance. It is a great class for building strength & flexibility. Each class also involves learning a dance combination that will challenge your coordination and memory. This is a mixed level class, open to beginners through advanced.

$90 for 6-week session

WHAT TO WEAR:

Gentle Morning Stretch

Wednesday 10:45-11:30 am

Start your day feeling relaxed and refreshed with a gentle morning stretch. stretching helps to increase blood flow and mobility as well as decreasing muscle stiffness and risk of injury. this class will safely guide you through how to stretch properly using the most up-to-date evidence-based methods.

$90 for 6-week session

Ballet Strength

Wednesday 12:15-1:00 pm

Take class from the comfort of your own home! Minimal space required.

 

This class is designed for the busy adult that wants a fun and creative way to incorporate more exercise into their daily routine. Adult Ballet Strength easily allows anyone to devote some much-needed time to themselves in the middle of the day. 

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that ballet dancers from around the world use to ensure they are strong in all areas of their body.  PBT focuses on core strength, weight placement and alignment of the body with a gradual approach of carefully designed exercises and repetitions of these exercises. The program is designed with safe dance methodology to promote a strong, healthy body.

This class is suitable for adults  of any fitness level, however students will be required to get up and down from the floor throughout class.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Any comfortably fitting clothes that is easy to move in.  Bare Feet only - no socks.

Students in this class will also be required to have a yoga mat, fit ball, resistance band, and pilates ball.
